Q: Is there any special instruction to connect my VPN client to your Cloud-based VPN service?

A: Our VPN infrastructure is a cloud network-based for maximum capacity and flexible scaling up ability, but that doesn't affect the way how the client is set up to connect to the service. Users just need to configure the VPN clients the same as normal VPN service, nothing special. Please check our "SETUP VPN" page for more details.

Q: Is your Free VPN service fast enough for online TV watching, for example, Hulu, NetFlix, and BBC iPlayer?

A: Definitely! Our VPN service uses the fastest network in the US and UK to offer more than 8Mbit/s VPN downloading speed, which is way more than enough for a very smooth 720P or 1080P MPEG4 HD video streaming. Q: What are your Service Term details? Can I use your VPN connection for BT movie downloading?

A: Our Cloud VPN service is free to users from all over the world, but still before using the service, users need to agree to our Terms of Services, which are:

you won’t hack, attack, scan or break into other computers, servers or websites;

you won’t distribute viruses/trojans/worms or pirated copyright materials;

you won’t generate fraud transaction and abuse credit card payment systems;

you won’t send unsolicited or fraudulent emails;

you won’t engage in child pornography activities;

you won’t encourage criminal or terrorist activities.

Failed to follow the terms of services will lead to exposing your detail VPN logs to 3rd party authority when abuse or security investigation is undergoing for certain circumstance.
